Send Your Hillary Message to Friends and Family

I am sending the following message to friends and family:

Hello, friends and family.

After much thought and consideration, I have decided to support Hillary Clinton in the Pennsylvania primary.

As many of you know by now, Pennsylvania's primary may prove to be pivotal in selecting the next Democratic president of the United States.

While I like and admire Senator Barack Obama, I feel that, at this time, Senator Clinton is best suited for the job.

In addition, Senator Clinton may have a better shot at defeating Republican nominee John McCain, who has committed to continuing the war in Iraq.

I have set up a grassroots blog and am calling for team bloggers:

100 Bloggers for Hillary: see www.PresidentHC.com for more details (left panel).

Also, if you are able, consider a financial contribution to Hillary Clinton's campaign:

HillaryClinton.com [not affiliated with this blog]

If you agree that Hillary is our best shot in November, please consider signing up for the blogger team.

Pennsylvanians: no matter who you decide to support, be sure to vote for your candidate of choice on April 22; your vote will make a difference.

Feel free to forward this email.

Best wishes.

Please consider sending a similar message to your friends and family.

100 Bloggers for Hillary

I have posted the following message on Hillary's official blog:

As a Pennsylvania resident and new Democrat (formerly an Independent), I have started a Hillary grassroots blog, in which I would like to call on Hillary supporters to join my '100 Bloggers for Hillary' team.

I'm seeking 100 bloggers who might not otherwise have a voice. I'm not asking for donations--this is a volunteer effort.

Who needs money? We don't need any fancy bells and whistles--just a basic blog and a $7.15 domain name.

What we do need:

YOUR VOICE!

By the way, it does not matter if you're not a Pennsylvania resident; you are still invited to join the blogger team.

On Saturday, I received my new voter's registration card in the mail; I'm now officially a Democrat and ready to vote for Hillary in Pennsylvania's April 22nd primary.

For Pennsylvanians: we CAN make a difference!

An Important Decision...

As I have stated in my disclaimer, I am a registered Independent and have been for years.

I have decided to re-register as a Democrat; for me this is a momentous decision because I have prided myself on my lack of party affiliation, my free-wheeling political independence.

However, Pennsylvania may very well decide the Presidential Democratic primary, and, ultimately, the presidency. I would be very upset with myself if Hillary lost a delegate by one vote, so I'm doing something about it now.

If you live in Pennsylvania (or any other closed-election state that hasn't yet held its primary or caucus), please think about the difference you could make by changing your party affiliation.

I have downloaded the proper forms and printed them out; I will be filling them out TODAY.

Best,

Jennifer
